Molecular hydrogen inhalation therapy at Infuze Pomáhá using the H2Vibe i600 and i300 devices — medical-grade generators producing pure molecular hydrogen (H2) gas delivered via nasal cannula. Molecular hydrogen is the smallest and most membrane-permeable antioxidant known to biology: it selectively neutralises the most cytotoxic reactive oxygen species (hydroxyl radical and peroxynitrite) at the mitochondrial and nuclear level without interfering with physiological ROS signalling.
