The team — holding bachelor's and master's degrees in sport and health — applies Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS), Fascial Distortion Model (FDM), Mulligan mobilization, lymphatic and kinesiological taping, soft tissue release with Blackroller, joint flossing, and functional training using BOSU, TRX, Thera-band, and Flowin equipment. Sessions are suitable for pre- and post-operative rehabilitation, acute sports injuries, chronic musculoskeletal conditions, and injury prevention. The clinic has formal sports partnerships with regional football, handball, and athletics clubs, and its physiotherapists routinely collaborate with the trauma-orthopaedic surgical team for seamless surgical-to-rehab transitions.
