The Luxus PlasmaLiner at Impera Clinic works entirely without direct contact with the skin (around 1 mm above the surface). An ionised arc forms between the device tip and the skin that vaporises excess skin (a wrinkle), causing the surrounding skin to contract. The result is tightened skin, renewed tissue, and greater skin elasticity. The plasma pen activates skin regeneration and tightening, reduces wrinkles of varying depths and types, helps with acne and post-acne, reduces pores, and can remove pigment spots. Treatment areas include the eye contour, brows, forehead, and scars.

About this treatment

The Luxus PlasmaLiner is a plasma pen device that uses ionised plasma energy to tighten and resurface the skin without ever touching it, making it a versatile non-surgical option for skin laxity and small skin lesions.

How it works

The device is held roughly 1 mm above the skin surface. An ionised plasma arc forms in the gap between the tip and the skin, and this energy precisely vaporises a tiny point of excess skin tissue. The immediate effect is contraction of the surrounding skin; over the following weeks the treatment activates regeneration, tissue renewal, and increased elasticity, tightening the area and renewing the tissue.
