Mesotherapy at Impera Clinic injects active substances — therapeutic solutions rich in vitamins, coenzymes, and amino acids — into the middle layer of the skin to regenerate and hydrate it. The core effects are skin regeneration and hydration, smoothing of fine wrinkles, and overall improvement of skin appearance and quality. Mesotherapy addresses a wide spectrum of concerns including acne, scars, signs of ageing, enlarged pores, uneven skin tone, and hair loss. Different areas — face, scalp, and eye contour — follow tailored session protocols.

About this treatment

Mesotherapy is a versatile micro-injection technique that delivers a customised cocktail of active ingredients directly into the mesoderm — the middle layer of the skin — where they can work without being diluted by surface application.

How it works

Using fine needles, the practitioner injects therapeutic solutions containing high concentrations of vitamins, coenzymes, and amino acids into the middle skin layer. Delivered exactly where they are needed, these actives stimulate regeneration, draw and hold water for hydration, and improve the skin's structure and appearance.
