How it works
The diode laser emits light that is absorbed by the pigment (melanin) in the hair. The absorbed energy converts to heat at the follicle, damaging the follicle's ability to regrow hair. The Milesman system uses a cold-diode design with advanced energy-transfer technology and integrated cooling, which makes the treatment painless and protects the skin surface during the pulse.

Preparation required
Shave the area 24 hours before (do not wax or pluck). Avoid sun and self-tan for 2–4 weeks before. Arrive with clean, product-free skin. Avoid sun, heat, sauna, and hot baths for 24–48 hours afterward and use SPF on treated areas.
