Biostimulatory fillers at Impera Clinic naturally stimulate the skin's own collagen production for a gradual, long-lasting rejuvenation effect. The clinic works with proven materials Radiesse (calcium hydroxylapatite) and poly-L-lactic acid (Lenisna and JuveLook), which act not only as a volumising filler but also activate regenerative processes in the skin. Over the following weeks the skin gradually firms, wrinkles smooth, and elasticity improves. Biostimulatory fillers are ideal for clients seeking a natural, durable result, and can be used on the face, neck, décolletage, and backs of the hands.

About this treatment

Unlike pure hyaluronic-acid fillers that primarily replace volume, biostimulatory fillers work by prompting the skin to rebuild its own collagen scaffold — giving a result that develops gradually and lasts longer.

Materials used at Impera Clinic

  • Radiesse — calcium hydroxylapatite microspheres in a gel carrier. The gel provides immediate lift, while the microspheres act as a scaffold that stimulates the body to produce new collagen over the following months.
  • Poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) — Lenisna and JuveLook — a biocompatible, biodegradable material that, once injected, triggers a controlled regenerative response, gradually thickening and firming the skin from within.
