HBOT — 5-Session Pack (5 × 60 min, 1.5 ATA)
Type
Hyperbaric Oxygen
Duration
1 hour
Five-session HBOT bundle at IMC Centrum Zdrowia in Żerniki Wrocławskie. 5 × 60-minute sessions at ~1.5 ATA in a sealed medical-grade chamber, totalling 300 minutes of in-chamber time for 450 PLN (90 PLN per session — ~18% saving versus the single-session rate of 110 PLN). Marketed for shorter recovery and supportive-care protocols.
IMC's 5-pack is a five-session HBOT bundle aimed at users who already know the chamber suits them and want a contained protocol rather than a one-off entry. Five 60-minute sessions inside a sealed medical-grade chamber at approximately 1.5 ATA, total chamber time 300 minutes, total cost 450 PLN — a ~18% per-session saving versus the single-session rate of 110 PLN. The clinic positions HBOT around recovery and supportive care: post-surgical wound healing, joint and muscle strain, sports recovery, neurological injury (stroke, traumatic brain injury), chronic inflammation, bacterial/fungal infections, chronic skin disease, fatigue, and anti-aging. The 5-pack lands at the typical "short course" volume — enough sessions to support a focused recovery cycle (e.g. post-cosmetic procedure, short rehabilitation window, post-illness immune support) without committing to a longer 10-session protocol. Sessions in the pack are scheduled individually with the clinic; there is no fixed cadence, and sessions can be spread out across days or weeks depending on protocol. The chamber is filled with 100% oxygen and patients breathe pure oxygen ambient inside the chamber rather than via a separate mask. Pressure is increased gradually, held during the session, then decompressed gradually. Patients remain in continuous visual contact with medical staff and can communicate via intercom throughout the session. IMC operates HBOT as a supportive method alongside standard treatment — explicitly not a replacement. This is mid-tier HBOT at 1.5 ATA, between wellness 1.3 ATA soft-shell capsules and clinical-grade hospital chambers at ≥2.0 ATA. UHMS-recognised clinical indications (decompression sickness, severe non-healing wounds, carbon-monoxide poisoning, sudden hearing loss) require hospital hyperbaric protocols and are out of scope. Chamber manufacturer / model is not disclosed; chamber type as soft-shell vs hard-shell is not explicitly named on the public site. There is no online booking widget — reservations are by phone (+48 730 597 597) or email ([email protected]). Site language is Polish only.

What's Included
Preparation Required
Complete the clinic's medical questionnaire and consent forms at first visit. Remove hearing aids, jewelry, watches, and electronics for each session. Wear loose comfortable clothing without metal fastenings — IMC specifically advises against tights or stockings during sessions. Avoid alcohol and heavy meals 2–3 hours before each session. Inform staff of any cold/flu symptoms — ear-equalisation can be uncomfortable when congested. Sessions are not advised during pregnancy, with active middle-ear infection, untreated pneumothorax, or recent ear surgery. IMC does not impose a fixed cadence between sessions in the pack — most clients space them out across days or a few weeks depending on protocol.
450 PLN total for 5 × 60-minute sessions (90 PLN per session — ~18% saving vs single-session rate of 110 PLN). Sessions are booked individually with the clinic, no fixed cadence required. Pricing publicly listed on the IMC HBOT page.
