HBOT — Single 60-min Session (1.5 ATA)

IMC's single-session HBOT is a stand-alone 60-minute booking inside a sealed medical-grade hyperbaric chamber pressurised to approximately 1.5 ATA (atmospheres absolute). The clinic states the chamber is filled with 100% oxygen — patients breathe pure oxygen ambient inside the chamber rather than via a separate mask. At 1.5 ATA the in-chamber pressure is comparable to descending roughly 5 metres below sea level, increasing the partial pressure of oxygen in the bloodstream relative to ambient room air. The clinic frames HBOT as a supportive modality across a wide range of indications: post-surgical wound healing, joint and muscle strain, sports recovery, neurological injury (stroke, traumatic brain injury, post-stroke recovery), chronic inflammation, bacterial/fungal infections, gastrointestinal disorders, frostbite, fractures and contusions, chronic skin diseases, hypertension, atherosclerosis, fatigue, anti-aging, and post-cosmetic-procedure recovery. Their copy is explicit, however, that "HBOT will not replace essential treatment appropriate for a given case — it is a supportive method for standard therapies." The single-session block is positioned as the introductory entry point: pay 110 PLN once, try the chamber, then decide whether the 5-pack or 10-pack fits your protocol. Per-session it is the most expensive of the three publicly listed bundles (110 PLN vs 90 PLN in either pack), so most repeat clients shift to a pack after the first visit. Sessions run 60 minutes inside the chamber. Pressure is increased gradually to the target, held constant during the session, then decompressed gradually before the chamber is opened. This is mid-tier HBOT at 1.5 ATA — between wellness-tier 1.3 ATA soft-shell capsules and clinical-grade ≥2.0 ATA hospital chambers. UHMS-recognised medical indications (decompression sickness, severe non-healing wounds, carbon-monoxide poisoning, etc.) require referral to a hospital hyperbaric department, not an integrative wellness centre. IMC does not publish the chamber manufacturer or model on their public site, and does not name the chamber as soft-shell or hard-shell — verify on-site if either spec matters for your protocol.
