A titanium dental implant is a small screw-shaped post placed into the jawbone to replace the root of a missing tooth, providing a stable foundation for a crown, bridge or denture. At Idental Clinique the implant stage is planned from a 3D scan and carried out under local anaesthetic, with the fixture left to integrate with the bone before the final crown is fitted. The 3,500 zł fee covers placement of the implant itself; the restoring crown is quoted separately so each stage is transparent.

Dental implants are a long-term way to replace one or more missing teeth without grinding down the neighbouring teeth that a conventional bridge would require. The treatment at Idental Clinique begins with an assessment and a 3D cone-beam scan to map bone volume and the position of nerves and sinuses, which the clinic uses to plan exactly where each titanium fixture should sit. Placement is performed under local anaesthetic; the implant is inserted into the prepared site and then left to integrate with the surrounding bone over a period of healing, a process during which the bone bonds to the implant surface. Once integration is complete, an abutment and a custom crown are fitted to restore the tooth — this prosthetic stage is priced separately, with implant crowns starting at 2,800 zł and zirconia-on-implant options available. Where bone is insufficient, the clinic offers guided bone regeneration (1,500–3,000 zł) or a sinus-floor elevation (3,800 zł), discussed and quoted after imaging rather than assumed. Implants may be suitable for adults with a single gap, several missing teeth or those wanting to stabilise a loose denture, and are associated with restored chewing function and a natural appearance. Suitability depends on general health, gum condition and bone quality, all of which are reviewed before treatment. Good oral hygiene and regular maintenance visits support the long-term health of the implant.
