Individual elements can also be booked, and a routine dental examination is available for 100 zł to check overall oral health.

Regular professional cleaning is the foundation of preventive dentistry, helping to keep gums healthy and reduce the risk of decay and gum disease. At Idental Clinique a complete hygiene visit combines three steps: ultrasonic scaling to remove calcified tartar from above and below the gumline, airflow (a fine jet of powder and water) to lift coffee, tea, wine and tobacco stains and clean hard-to-reach surfaces, and a fluoride application to help strengthen the enamel. Booked together as a package the visit is 400–500 zł, performed by a dental hygienist — the clinic's hygiene team is led by Patrycja Dudek, who has 17 years of experience. Each element is also available on its own — scaling at 300 zł, airflow polishing at 200–300 zł and fluoride at 100 zł — so the visit can be tailored to what the mouth needs. Removing plaque and tartar is associated with healthier, less inflamed gums and fresher breath, and the hygienist can advise on brushing and interdental cleaning technique to maintain results at home. A separate dental examination (100 zł) lets the dentist screen for decay, check existing restorations and the gums, and recommend any further treatment, and 3D or panoramic imaging can be added when a fuller picture is needed. Most adults benefit from a hygiene visit once or twice a year, or more often if they are prone to tartar build-up or are undergoing orthodontic or implant treatment.
