I am clinic offers a three-tier hair restoration programme for thinning hair and early hair loss: scalp mesotherapy with a nutrient cocktail (vitamins, minerals, peptides) from 3,500 Kč, platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy using growth factors from your own blood at 7,000 Kč per session, and stem-cell/growth-factor applications at 5,000 Kč. All three are offered as 4-session courses where the fourth application is free — the standard protocol, since injectable hair treatments need a series spaced 3–4 weeks apart to shift follicles back into the growth phase.
About this treatment
Injectable scalp therapies address the early and middle stages of hair thinning — when follicles are miniaturising but still alive — by improving the follicle's local environment: nutrient supply, microcirculation, and growth-factor signalling.
Option 1 — Hair mesotherapy (3,500 Kč / session, 4 for 10,500 Kč)
A cocktail of vitamins (B-complex, biotin), minerals (zinc), amino acids, and peptides is injected in micro-doses across the scalp. The cocktail nourishes follicles directly at the root level, bypassing the limitations of oral supplementation. Best as a first-line treatment for diffuse thinning, seasonal shedding, stress-related hair loss, and post-partum shedding.
