About this treatment
Laser hair removal works by selective photothermolysis: laser light is absorbed by the melanin in the hair shaft, converting to heat that disables the follicle's regrowth machinery — without damaging the surrounding skin.
Why a course is needed
Only follicles in the active anagen growth phase (roughly 20–30% at any moment) respond to a laser pulse. Sessions are therefore spaced 4–8 weeks apart so successive cycles of follicles can be treated. The clinic's pricing reflects this honestly — 4-session and 6-session package rates per area are published up front, with the 6-pack rate typically 40–45% below the single-session price.
