Botulinum toxin injections at I am clinic are performed personally by founder MUDr. Anna Zborovská, a physician with anaesthesiology training and a decade of hospital experience. The treatment relaxes the small facial muscles responsible for dynamic lines across the forehead, glabella (frown lines), and around the eyes, smoothing the skin while preserving natural expression. Beyond classic wrinkle areas, the clinic offers masseter injections for jaw slimming and teeth-grinding relief, neck rejuvenation, Lip-Flip, and treatment for excessive sweating. About this treatment
Botulinum toxin remains the most evidence-backed non-surgical treatment for dynamic facial lines. By temporarily blocking nerve signals to targeted facial muscles, it softens the repeated contractions that fold the skin — most visibly across the forehead, between the brows, and in the crow's-feet area around the eyes.
The appointment
Treatment begins with a short consultation in which Dr. Zborovská assesses your facial dynamics and discusses the look you want — frozen-smooth versus softly natural. The injections themselves take around 10–15 minutes with a very fine needle; discomfort is minimal and no anaesthetic is needed. You can return to normal activities immediately, avoiding lying flat, intense exercise, and facial massage for the rest of the day.
