Blepharoplasty is one of the highest-satisfaction procedures in aesthetic surgery — a relatively small operation that visibly refreshes the whole face by opening up the eye area.
Upper blepharoplasty (13,000–17,000 Kč)
With age, the upper eyelid skin stretches and folds over the lash line ('hooding'), making the eyes look smaller and tired, and in advanced cases narrowing the upper field of vision. The procedure removes a precisely measured ellipse of excess skin (and a strip of muscle or protruding fat where indicated) through an incision hidden in the natural eyelid crease. Under local anaesthesia the operation takes about 45–60 minutes for both eyes.
