Hypervida's concierge medicine and hormone testing service is supervised by Medical Director Dr. Ariel Grobman, a named physician who provides clinical oversight across the club's health-focused offerings. The initial consultation runs 60 to 90 minutes and is structured to address the full intersection of hormone optimisation, longevity medicine, cognitive health, proactive diagnostics, and athletic performance assessment — not simply a blood draw with emailed numbers. Two testing tiers are offered: a standard hormone panel at $276 that covers the core endocrine markers most relevant to energy, body composition, libido, and mood; and a comprehensive panel at $551 that extends coverage into additional metabolic, physiological, and precision longevity markers. Both formats include a clinician-guided review of results and a personalised protocol recommendation. Typical markers addressed in the standard panel include testosterone (total and free), oestrogen, progesterone, DHEA-S, LH, FSH, TSH, free T3, free T4, and cortisol. The comprehensive panel extends into SHBG, IGF-1 (a growth hormone activity proxy), prolactin, and additional metabolic markers depending on the individual's profile and health goals. For Hypervida clients who are already using hyperbaric oxygen therapy, IV drips, or red light therapy, the hormone testing consultation provides the clinical framework that contextualises and personalises those interventions — answering questions such as whether fatigue is driven by suboptimal testosterone, thyroid dysfunction, adrenal dysregulation, or nutrient depletion that IV therapy can address.
