About this treatment
Rhinoplasty at Klinika Leticia is tailored to the degree of change required. Minor soft-tissue corrections (tip reshaping, narrowing) can be performed under local anaesthesia as an outpatient from 39,000 Kč, while more complex bony-and-cartilage work uses general anaesthesia. Closed rhinoplasty (incisions inside the nose) causes less oedema and may be suitable for straightforward cases; open rhinoplasty provides better visualisation for complex reshaping and graft placement.
Post-operatively, nasal packing or silicone supports and a plaster splint are placed. Nasal packing is removed at days 2–5; the splint at approximately day 10. Rest is required for 6–8 weeks; final shape is not fully evident for 12 months as residual swelling resolves. The procedure is recommended from age 15 (ideally 18+) once nasal development is complete.
