Liposuction

Tumescent liposuction at Klinika Leticia in Brno removing localised fat deposits from 1–4 body areas under local or general anaesthesia. Ultrasonic-assisted liposuction is also available. Liposuction at Klinika Leticia uses tumescent technique: a solution of saline, local anaesthetic and adrenaline is infiltrated into the fatty tissue before removal, reducing blood loss and improving comfort. Ultrasonic-assisted liposuction is available for fibrous or larger areas. Single-area procedures on smaller zones (face, submental, Venus mound) can be performed under local anaesthesia as an outpatient from 25,000 Kč; multiple-area or larger procedures use general anaesthesia with a 1-day admission. The aspirated fat can be purified and used for fat transfer (lipofilling) to other areas if desired. Compression garments are worn post-operatively; final results emerge over approximately 3 months as swelling resolves. Good candidacy requires firm elastic skin, BMI not significantly above 30, non-smoking and realistic expectations — liposuction is a contouring tool, not a weight-loss method.
