Breast mastopexy (reshaping and lift) at Klinika Leticia in Brno, performed under general anaesthesia by MUDr. Petr Hýža, Ph.D. Excess skin is removed, breast tissue is repositioned and the areola is reduced and relocated to a higher position, restoring a firmer, more youthful breast profile. The technique and scar pattern (periareolar, lollipop or anchor) are chosen based on the degree of ptosis. Pricing starts from 70,000 Kč; hospitalisation is 1 day.
Mastopexy addresses breast sagging (ptosis) that commonly follows pregnancy, breastfeeding or significant weight loss. At Klinika Leticia MUDr. Hýža selects the scar pattern to the minimum needed for your degree of ptosis: a small lift requires only a periareolar (donut) scar (70,000 Kč); a moderate lift uses a lollipop scar (80,000 Kč); a larger lift or very ptotic breast uses an anchor scar (85,000–100,000 Kč). Absorbable sutures are used throughout and drains placed if needed. Recovery follows a structured protocol: a compression bra worn 24/7 for the first 3–4 weeks, then nightly for a further 2–3 weeks. Light activities resume after about 2 weeks, sports from 3–6 weeks, and final results are visible at approximately 3 months when swelling has fully resolved. Mastopexy can be combined with implants if volume increase is also desired, subject to consultation.
