Breast Augmentation with Implants

Breast augmentation at Klinika Leticia is planned jointly with the patient using the Motiva Imagine 3D scanner, which allows you to visualise different implant sizes and placements before committing. MUDr. Hýža has performed thousands of breast procedures and works with premium implant brands — Motiva and Mentor — both of which carry long manufacturer warranties. The surgical team adapts the pocket preparation technique, incision site and implant choice to your anatomy and aesthetic goals. For the standard procedure under general anaesthesia, the implant is placed via an inframammary, periareolar or axillary incision. Absorbable sutures are used throughout, drainage is placed if needed, and silicone dressings are worn for 4–6 weeks post-operatively along with post-op massage. For patients who cannot or prefer not to undergo general anaesthesia, the Preserve method uses an adjustable analgosedation with local anaesthesia and a balloon to create the implant pocket through a small access incision, using single-use Motiva instruments; total clinic stay is approximately 4 hours. The technique is suitable for Motiva Ergonomix I and II implants and is not recommended for implants over 450 ml. A pre-operative consultation with 3D simulation costs 3,000 Kč, which is deducted from the surgical fee when the procedure is booked. Surgery is preceded by blood draw, sedative medications and anti-clotting injections on the morning of the procedure. Post-operative pain is managed with Novalginum and Tramadol. Final results settle after 3–6 months as swelling resolves and implants drop into position.
