The extended duration allows for a longer period of elevated tissue oxygenation, which may be relevant for individuals following multi-session HBOT protocols where total dose (pressure multiplied by time) is a key variable. Some practitioners recommend longer sessions for recovery from more demanding physical activity, post-surgical healing, or sustained wellness protocols.

At 780 DKK, the extended session carries a 200 DKK premium over the standard 60-minute 1.5 ATA session (580 DKK). On a per-minute basis, it is more cost-effective: approximately 8.7 DKK per minute versus 9.7 DKK per minute for the standard session.
