The float session comes first, spending 60 minutes in the sensory deprivation capsule filled with 500kg of Epsom salt. The zero-gravity environment eliminates gravitational load on the musculoskeletal system, allowing muscles to release chronic holding patterns while the magnesium-rich water promotes muscle relaxation at a cellular level. Following the float, clients move directly into a 60-minute professional massage. This sequencing is deliberately therapeutic — the float pre-relaxes the muscles and nervous system, allowing the massage therapist to work more deeply and effectively than they could on a client arriving directly from daily activity. Muscle tissue that has spent an hour in a zero-gravity, magnesium-saturated environment is measurably more pliable, and the parasympathetic (rest-and-digest) nervous system state achieved during floating means the body is primed for the tissue repair and circulation benefits of manual therapy.
