The assessment is available as a standalone consultation for patients who already have recent blood test results (from SGD 202 nett), or bundled with a health screening that includes blood panels (from SGD 403 nett). Once the assessment is complete and the doctor has issued a recommendation, patients can enrol in the ongoing Weight Care Programme at a monthly rate from SGD 322.

The Weight Care Programme is built around continuity: patients receive a personalised care plan, access to regular nurse monitoring appointments, and scheduled physician reviews to assess progress and adjust the approach as needed.
