Healthsprings Aesthetics Medispa's O2 Springs Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) is delivered in a private, fully enclosed pressurised chamber set to 1.99 ATA — the atmospheric pressure level used in soft-chamber HBOT protocols. The chamber is equipped with a built-in Netflix projector and reclining chair, allowing guests to rest, watch content, or sleep through their 60- or 90-minute session. At 1.99 ATA, the body can absorb up to 15 times more oxygen than at normal atmospheric pressure. This elevated oxygen saturation penetrates deep into tissues, accelerating cellular repair, reducing inflammation, and supporting a broad range of wellness outcomes: faster post-surgery and injury recovery, improved sleep quality, mental clarity and focus, jet lag recovery, athletic muscle recovery, and a visible skin glow from enhanced collagen synthesis and circulation.
