The Premier membership is HealthScreen's entry-level longevity program, designed for individuals who want ongoing preventative care beyond a single diagnostic assessment. At $80 per week with a minimum 6-month commitment, it provides structured access to physician-led wellness and the foundational diagnostic tools needed to track health longitudinally. The program opens with a comprehensive medical consultation and examination, plus a baseline blood panel with ECG and one InBody body composition scan. Monthly wellness treatments include one session each of cryotherapy (whole-body cold exposure for inflammation reduction and recovery), red light therapy (photobiomodulation for cellular energy and skin health), hyperbaric oxygen therapy (increased oxygen delivery for tissue repair and cognitive function), and infrared sauna (deep tissue heating for detoxification and cardiovascular conditioning). Longevity pharmaceuticals are included as prescribed by the medical team, and members receive a 10% discount on supplements.
