About this treatment
Tetanus is caused by a toxin from Clostridium tetani, a bacterium found in soil, dust and animal faeces that enters through broken skin. Preparation required
Bring your vaccination record if you have one. If you have a wound, do not delay — attend the same day and the clinic will clean and dress it alongside the vaccination.
