Mild hyperbaric oxygen therapy is popular for general recovery and relaxation, and the studio sells sessions singly or in discounted five- and ten-packs, since most people use it as a short course. A two-person chamber is available, and booking an IV drip on the same day takes 20% off the infusion.

Hyperbaric oxygen therapy involves resting inside a pressurised chamber while breathing oxygen-enriched air. Health Service operates two soft-shell ("mild") chambers at 1.3 ATA — a gentle pressure above normal atmospheric — delivering 97% oxygen through a mask across a 60-minute session. Increasing the pressure and oxygen concentration raises the amount of oxygen carried in the blood and plasma during the session; mild hyperbaric therapy of this kind is widely used as a wellness and recovery practice, and is associated with relaxation and post-exertion recovery. It is distinct from the high-pressure medical hyperbaric treatment delivered in hospitals for specific approved conditions, and the studio's service is not a medical treatment for disease. A visit lasts about an hour inside the chamber, during which you can relax, read or rest while breathing through the mask; an accompanying guardian may sit in free of charge, which suits children or anyone who prefers company, and a two-person chamber is available for couples or a parent and child. Because benefits are generally linked to repeated sessions, Health Service sells discounted five- and ten-session packages alongside single entries, and many clients combine a session with an IV drip on the same day for a 20% discount on the infusion. Sessions are supervised by trained staff. People with certain ear, sinus or lung problems, recent surgery, or who are pregnant should speak to the studio and their own doctor first, as hyperbaric sessions are not appropriate for everyone; ear-clearing during pressure changes is explained beforehand.
