Profhilo Biorevitalization is a next-generation injectable skin treatment that goes beyond traditional dermal fillers and mesotherapy. Unlike fillers, which add volume to specific facial areas, Profhilo works by deeply hydrating the skin and stimulating the production of four types of collagen and elastin through a process called bio-remodelling. The result is improved skin quality, firmness, and hydration across the entire treated area rather than localised volume enhancement. Profhilo contains one of the highest concentrations of hyaluronic acid available in any injectable product (64mg per 2ml), composed of both high molecular weight HA (for surface hydration and a scaffolding effect) and low molecular weight HA (which penetrates deeper to stimulate fibroblast activity and collagen production). The two molecular weights are thermally cross-linked without the use of chemical cross-linking agents (BDDE-free), making it one of the purest HA products on the market. The treatment protocol involves 5 injection points per side of the face (the BAP — Bio Aesthetic Points technique), strategically placed to allow the highly fluid product to spread through the tissue and hydrate a wide area from each injection site. The procedure takes approximately 30 minutes and is well-tolerated — Profhilo's unique spreadability means fewer injection points are needed compared to traditional mesotherapy, which may require 50-100 micro-injections. The standard treatment course is two sessions spaced 4 weeks apart, with maintenance treatments every 6-12 months depending on patient age and skin condition. Results begin to appear 2-4 weeks after the first session and continue improving through the second session and beyond as collagen remodelling progresses. Profhilo is particularly effective for patients who notice reduced skin quality — dullness, dehydration, fine crepey lines, and early laxity — but do not yet need or want volumising fillers. It is suitable for the face, neck, decolletage, hands, and inner arms. At 1,500 PLN (~€350) per session, Profhilo at Health & Beauty Clinic is priced 30-40% below equivalent treatments in Western European aesthetic clinics, where per-session costs typically range from EUR 400-600.
