Genesys Medical's dental department performs machine-assisted (rotary) endodontic root canal treatment to save infected or inflamed teeth, with transparent per-canal pricing and retreatment of previously failed root fillings.

Root canal treatment saves a tooth whose pulp has become irreversibly inflamed or infected — typically from deep decay or trauma — by removing the diseased tissue, disinfecting the canal system and sealing it hermetically. The alternative is extraction, so well-performed endodontics is the most conservative and usually most economical way to preserve natural dentition. Genesys Medical uses machine (rotary) endodontic instrumentation: engine-driven nickel-titanium files shape the canals more predictably and efficiently than hand filing, supporting thorough cleaning of curved canals while reducing chair time. Treatment is performed under local anaesthesia (500 Kč) with X-ray control (OPG 500 Kč); pricing scales transparently by the number of canals, from a single-canal front tooth (3,900 Kč) to a four-canal molar (9,800 Kč). The clinic also offers re-endodontic retreatment (3,600 Kč) for teeth where a previous root filling has failed — removing the old filling material, re-disinfecting and re-sealing the canals. After endodontic treatment, back teeth usually need a robust restoration such as a post-and-core composite build-up or a crown, both available in-house with published prices.
