Injection mesotherapy delivers individually selected cocktails of hyaluronic acid, vitamins, amino acids and antioxidants into the middle skin layer through micro-injections — deeply hydrating, revitalising and improving skin quality where creams cannot reach.
About this treatment
Mesotherapy is a classic of European aesthetic medicine: rather than filling or freezing, it nourishes. A series of superficial micro-injections places active substances — non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid, vitamin complexes, amino acids, minerals and antioxidants — directly into the dermis, bypassing the skin barrier that limits topical skincare.
At Genesys Medical the cocktail is selected by the physician to match the indication: dehydrated, dull or tired skin; loss of elasticity and early ageing; smoker's skin; or preparation and recovery around other aesthetic procedures. MUDr. Synková trained on the InnoAesthetics product protocols at the Skin Academy Barcelona, and the clinic's price structure separates the procedure fee from the sera used, so patients pay for exactly the actives applied.
A session takes 30–45 minutes with topical numbing available. Tiny papules at injection points settle within 24–48 hours. Courses of 3–4 sessions spaced 2–4 weeks apart produce cumulative improvement in hydration, glow and skin density, with maintenance sessions every few months.
