Rejuran Polynucleotide Skin Biostimulation

Rejuran is an injectable polynucleotide (PN) treatment derived from purified salmon DNA fragments that biostimulates skin repair — improving elasticity, hydration and glow, softening fine lines, brightening the eye area and remodelling acne scars. Polynucleotide therapy is one of the most significant recent additions to regenerative aesthetic medicine. Rejuran's purified DNA fragments act as biological signalling molecules: injected into the skin in a grid of micro-deposits, they are associated with fibroblast activation, improved microcirculation and dermal repair rather than simply filling space. The result develops gradually — firmer, better-hydrated skin with a characteristic "glass skin" glow, softened fine lines and improved texture. Genesys Medical carries the three main formulations: **Rejuran Healer** for overall facial skin quality and slowing visible skin ageing; **Rejuran I**, a lighter formulation designed for the thin periorbital skin, targeting dark circles, crepiness and fine lines around the eyes; and **Rejuran S**, a denser gel used to remodel depressed acne scars and other atrophic scarring. A session takes 30–45 minutes with topical numbing. Small wheals at injection points settle within 24–72 hours.
