What's included

5 deliverables in this treatment

  • Skin assessment + sensitivity check
  • Topical anaesthetic (45 min)
  • REJURAN Healer (1–2 vials)
  • Mantoux micro-droplet injection technique
  • Post-injection cold compress + barrier serum

REJURAN Healer is a Korean polynucleotide (PDRN) injectable derived from purified salmon DNA. Micro-droplets placed superficially in the dermis trigger fibroblast activity, repair UV-damaged skin, and produce the 'glass skin' look — improved tone, tightened pores, softened fine lines, and stronger barrier function over a 3–4 session course.

About this treatment

REJURAN sits in a category called 'regenerative skin boosters' — it's not a filler (it doesn't add volume) and it's not classic mesotherapy (it doesn't deliver vitamins). Instead, it delivers polynucleotides — short DNA fragments extracted from salmon — that act as a biological signal to the skin's own fibroblasts to upregulate collagen, elastin and hyaluronic acid synthesis, and to repair photoaged tissue.

The clinical mechanism is well-published: • Polynucleotide fragments bind to A2A adenosine receptors on fibroblasts • This triggers fibroblast proliferation and migration into damaged tissue • Collagen Type I and III synthesis increases • Inflammatory cytokines decrease — making REJURAN useful for sensitive / rosacea-prone skin where retinoids and lasers can flare

At Gen Z Clinic, REJURAN Healer is delivered via 30-gauge needle in a series of micro-droplets (commonly called 'mantoux' technique) across the face — typically 30–50 injection points per session. Each session uses 1–2 vials. The recommended course is 3–4 sessions spaced 4 weeks apart, with maintenance every 6 months.
