About this treatment
HIFU at Gen Z Clinic is a 60-minute, no-downtime alternative to surgical lifting that targets the deepest available non-surgical layer of facial soft tissue: the SMAS (superficial musculoaponeurotic system). The 3D HIFU Power V MaxLift handpiece uses three cartridge depths to address different anatomical layers in a single session:
- 1.5 mm — superficial dermis, for fine lines, pore tightening
- 3.0 mm — deep dermis, for skin-quality and texture
- 4.5 mm — SMAS, for genuine lifting along jawline / jowl / mid-face
During the session, the practitioner maps the face, applies ultrasound coupling gel, and delivers focused acoustic energy in line patterns. Each pulse heats a microscopic point of tissue to 60–70 °C, causing immediate collagen contraction. Over the next 60–180 days fibroblasts respond by laying down new collagen, which is what produces the progressive lift effect.

Preparation required
