BELOTERO Revive is a Swiss-made injectable from Merz Aesthetics combining stabilized hyaluronic acid (HA) with glycerol — a hygroscopic moisturizer used in dermatology since the 1800s. Five sessions over a face deliver a deep, slow-release hydration reservoir that improves elasticity, evens skin tone, tightens pores and protects against UV-driven oxidative damage.
About this treatment
BELOTERO Revive is not a filler — it's a 'skin-quality' booster designed to hydrate and remodel skin from the inside. Two actives, working together:
- Hyaluronic acid (cross-linked, low-concentration) — sits in the upper dermis and binds water, improving skin turgor and elasticity
- Glycerol — a small humectant that draws additional water into the dermis, complements HA, and stabilizes its breakdown
Merz's own clinical data show measurable improvement in skin elasticity (cutometer), hydration (corneometer), and reduced fine lines after a course of three sessions four weeks apart. Some clinicians recommend 5 initial sessions for thicker / sun-damaged skin.
