Rather than booking separate appointments across multiple providers over weeks, the client spends the day in a private room while a personal care coordinator guides them between seven examinations. **What the day covers:** - **General practitioner / internal examination** — full clinical review, blood pressure, oxygen saturation, height and weight, ECG and an internal physical examination, used to identify health risks and stress factors and to coordinate the rest of the day. - **Cardiology** — cardiovascular assessment screening for risk factors and early signs of heart and vessel disease. - **Dermatology** — skin and mole review, with skin cancers being the most common cancers overall and benefiting most from regular checks. - **Ophthalmology** — eye examination. - **Sonography (ultrasound)** — imaging performed by a sonographer as part of the screening. - **Physiotherapy** — musculoskeletal and movement assessment to address posture and pain risk. - **Laboratory testing** — blood and urine analysis handled by the clinic's lab specialists. **Complementary examination (included):** Clients choose one additional examination — a psychologist consultation, a toxicology-load screening, or a nutrition consultation — scheduled on a separate day to suit the client. **Service and environment:** Each client is assigned a personal care manager who guides them through the whole day, and a private room is provided for comfort and discretion. The programme can be repeated periodically, with annual screening recommended for ongoing prevention. Prescribed medications and any laboratory tests are paid by the client without health-insurance participation.
