About this treatment
Laser scar treatment uses fractional CO2 laser energy to remodel scar tissue. By creating microscopic columns of controlled injury within and around the scar, the laser prompts the skin's healing response and new collagen formation, a process associated over time with a flatter, softer scar and a better colour and texture match to the surrounding skin.
