About this treatment
Kinesio taping in pregnancy uses a specially formulated elastic adhesive tape — typically 100–140% elasticity — that mimics the mechanical properties of human skin and fascia. When applied with specific tension and direction, it creates a subtle lifting effect on the skin, reducing pressure on pain receptors in the underlying tissue and improving lymphatic drainage.

Preparation required
