Hyperbaric oxygen therapy at FOXYLIFE uses an Oxylife SB seated inflatable chamber pressurised to 33 kPa above atmospheric pressure — a soft hyperbaric protocol that significantly increases the amount of oxygen dissolved in the bloodstream. The chamber is fully equipped with windows, USB connectivity, an intercom, and a reclining chair with cushion so clients can relax, read, or use a device during the 75-minute session. Pressurisation takes approximately 15 minutes using the Valsalva manoeuvre for ear equalisation; the remaining 60 minutes is active oxygen therapy via a mask. FOXYLIFE offers a reduced first-session rate of 300 Kč to allow new clients to experience the treatment before committing to a full course, and a combo package combining hyperbaric with whole-body cryotherapy for the same visit.

A standard session at FOXYLIFE runs 75 minutes. The first 10–15 minutes are spent pressurising the chamber; clients clear their ears using the Valsalva manoeuvre (similar to clearing ears on an aircraft). Once target pressure is reached, the client breathes medical oxygen via a mask for a minimum of 60 minutes before gradual depressurisation. The total in-clinic time including preparation is approximately 90 minutes for a first visit.
