Scalp mesotherapy at Forever You targets hair thinning and shedding by microinjecting vitamin and growth-factor cocktails — or regenerative PDRN polynucleotides — directly into the scalp. The actives nourish follicles, support microcirculation and may help extend the hair growth phase, with courses tailored to diffuse thinning, seasonal shedding or stress-related hair loss.

Hair mesotherapy applies the same microinjection principle as facial mesotherapy to the scalp: small depots of active ingredients are placed at follicle depth, where oral supplements and topical serums struggle to reach in meaningful concentrations. Forever You offers two formulations. The vitamin and stem-cell-derived active cocktail (3,490 Kč) supplies B-vitamins, amino acids, minerals and growth-factor-rich actives that nourish the follicle environment and support scalp microcirculation. The PDRN polynucleotide version (3,890 Kč) uses purified DNA-fragment biostimulators associated with tissue regeneration and improved follicle vitality — a popular option for more pronounced thinning or as an upgrade after an initial vitamin course. A session takes around 30–40 minutes; discomfort is brief and most clients return to normal activities immediately, avoiding hair washing for 24 hours. Because hair cycles are slow, results build gradually: reduced shedding is often the first change noticed, with visible density improvements typically assessed after a course of 4–6 sessions spaced 2–4 weeks apart, followed by maintenance every 2–3 months. The treatment may suit diffuse androgenic thinning, post-partum or post-illness shedding, and stressed or poorly nourished scalps.
