FirstMed Milan is an English-first medical clinic at Via Laghetto 3, a short walk from the Duomo in central Milan. Opened in December 2025, the clinic is designed for expatriates, business travellers, and tourists who need accessible healthcare in English without navigating the Italian public health system. The medical team provides general practice consultations, structured annual check-up packages, STD screening panels, and specialist referrals across cardiology, dermatology, dietology, and nutrition. The annual check-up includes a comprehensive blood panel covering haematology, fasting glucose, lipid profile, thyroid function, liver and kidney panels, iron studies, inflammatory markers, coagulation studies, urinalysis, ECG, and a physical examination — spread across two appointments with a follow-up consultation to review results. STD testing is available as individual panels (blood, swab, urine) or a full combined screen. FirstMed holds direct billing agreements with 14 major international insurers including Bupa, Cigna, United Healthcare, and International SOS, which simplifies the claims process for insured patients.
