Mesotherapy at Eva Clinic delivers a personalised cocktail of hyaluronic acid, vitamins A, C, E, and B-complex, amino acids, peptides, and antioxidants directly into the dermis via microinjections or Dermapen microneedling. The approach bypasses the skin barrier to deliver active ingredients at cellular level — the same substances that are largely wasted in topical products. MUDr. Chovančíková adapts the cocktail formulation to each client's skin condition and concerns: hydration deficit, fine lines, loss of radiance, or oxidative damage. A treatment course of 3–6 sessions produces cumulative improvement in skin luminosity, hydration depth, and fine line density that persists for several months with appropriate maintenance.
About this treatment
Mesotherapy for the face — also marketed as biorevitalisation when HA-based products are the primary component — is a microinjection technique that delivers bioactive compounds directly into the mid-dermis, bypassing the epidermal barrier that limits topical skincare efficacy. First described by Dr. Michel Pistor in 1958, the technique has been refined extensively in aesthetic medicine with a wide range of evidence-based formulations.
