Eva Clinic offers hyaluronic acid dermal fillers across a comprehensive range of facial zones — from fine mouth-area lines to full-face volumising and contouring. MUDr. Chovančíková selects filler products by density and longevity to match each anatomical target, using fine needles or blunt-tip microcannulas depending on the area and risk profile. The 30-minute appointment produces immediate, visible results: restored volume, softened hollows, and improved facial contour without surgery. Fillers are gradually metabolised over 6–12 months, after which the tissue returns to its pre-treatment state, making this a fully reversible procedure if needed via hyaluronidase dissolution.
Hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers are gel-based injectable implants composed of cross-linked HA — a molecule naturally present in skin, connective tissue, and joint fluid. At Eva Clinic, MUDr. Chovančíková uses established filler brands selected for their safety record and predictable rheology, matching product characteristics (G-prime, cohesivity, hydrophilicity) to the specific anatomical target and desired outcome. For superficial lines such as perioral ('smoker's') wrinkles or nasolabial folds, a lower-viscosity product placed just beneath the dermis softens the crease without adding bulk. For volume restoration — cheek augmentation, temporal hollow filling, or tear-trough correction — a firmer, higher G-prime gel is positioned in the deep fat compartments or supraperiosteal plane to provide structural support. For lip augmentation, MUDr. Chovančíková uses a combination of body and border definition to achieve shape and projection appropriate to the individual face. The procedure begins with a consultation to establish aesthetic goals, review medical history, and apply topical anaesthetic cream (lidocaine-containing). Injection technique — needle vs. cannula — is determined by anatomical zone and the practitioner's assessment of bruising risk: cannulas are generally used in areas with dense vascularity such as the cheeks and tear troughs. The client is assessed in both relaxed and dynamic positions to ensure results look natural in motion. Swelling and bruising are common in the 24–72 hours following treatment and are not a sign of complication. Final results are assessable at two weeks once all oedema has resolved. Results typically last 6–12 months, with firmer products in structural positions (cheeks, jawline) lasting toward the longer end. Hyaluronidase (Hylase) is available at the clinic to dissolve filler if the result is unsatisfactory or if a vascular complication is suspected — making HA fillers among the safest injectables available. Contraindications include active infection or inflammation at the injection site, pregnancy and breastfeeding, autoimmune conditions, and history of anaphylaxis to HA products. MUDr. Chovančíková advises avoiding NSAID analgesics, aspirin, and supplements such as fish oil and vitamin E for one week before treatment to minimise bruising, and avoiding saunas, intensive exercise, and direct sun for 48 hours after.
