The Fotona 4D Lifting at Eva Clinic is a non-surgical facelift protocol combining four sequential laser modes delivered by the Fotona SP Dynamis platform. The treatment works from inside out: an internal intraoral Er:YAG laser pass heats the inner cheek mucosa, stimulating deep connective tissue contraction; three external skin passes then address progressively more superficial tissue layers — non-ablative deep heating, fractional ablation for surface renewal, and a final superficial smoothing pass. The combined effect produces visible skin tightening, improved jawline definition, and reduced nasolabial fold depth without injections, surgery, or recovery time. MUDr. Chovančíková performs this procedure at both the Hradec Králové and Pardubice locations.
About this treatment
The Fotona 4D Lifting is a proprietary multimodal laser protocol developed for the Fotona SP Dynamis platform — one of the most clinically validated laser systems in aesthetic medicine. Eva Clinic is one of relatively few practices in the Hradec Králové and Pardubice region operating the SP Dynamis, making this protocol available to patients who would otherwise need to travel to Prague or Brno.
The '4D' designation refers to four distinct laser modes applied in sequence during a single 60-minute session, each targeting a different tissue depth and achieving a different biological response:

Preparation required
Remove makeup and cleanse face before arriving. Avoid sun exposure and sunbeds for 2 weeks prior. Avoid retinoids for 3–5 days before treatment. Inform the clinic of any dental procedures scheduled in the same week — intraoral laser passes should not be performed near recent dental work.
