The needles deliver radiofrequency heat precisely into the deeper skin layers, triggering production of new collagen fibres with a visible lifting and firming effect on the face, neck and décolletage. Morpheus8 (InMode) combines two proven skin-remodelling mechanisms in one pass: mechanical microneedling, which triggers the skin's wound-healing cascade, and fractional radiofrequency energy, released at the tips of gold-coated microneedles deep within the dermis and subdermal tissue.
