Esthea Medical operates the InMode Morpheus8 — the reference device in radiofrequency microneedling — using gold-coated microneedles that penetrate up to 7 mm below the skin surface, deeper than comparable platforms. The needles deliver radiofrequency heat precisely into the deeper skin layers, triggering production of new collagen fibres with a visible lifting and firming effect on the face, neck and décolletage. The treatment also reduces wrinkles, enlarged pores, acne scarring and stretch marks, and can firm body skin and soften cellulite. A strong anaesthetic cream is applied for 60 minutes beforehand; redness typically settles by the next day. Results last around one year.
About this treatment
Morpheus8 (InMode) combines two proven skin-remodelling mechanisms in one pass: mechanical microneedling, which triggers the skin's wound-healing cascade, and fractional radiofrequency energy, released at the tips of gold-coated microneedles deep within the dermis and subdermal tissue. Depth advantage
The device penetrates up to 7 mm below the surface — reaching the deep dermis and the fibrous network of the superficial fat layer where heating produces the strongest tightening response. This is deeper than standard microneedling (0.5–2.5 mm) or surface radiofrequency can reach.

Preparation required
Avoid sun exposure and self-tanner for 2 weeks before. Stop retinoids and exfoliating acids 5–7 days before. Arrive with clean skin without makeup. Plan for redness on the treatment day and possible fine grid marks for a few days.
