Mesotherapy at Esthea Medical delivers a solution of hyaluronic acid, vitamins, amino acids and minerals into the superficial layers of the skin via many micro-injections — either with the precision Vital Injector device or by hand with a fine nano-needle. The hyaluronic acid binds water within the skin, producing deep hydration, firming of lax skin and smoothing of fine lines for a rested, naturally refreshed appearance. The face, neck and décolletage can all be treated. An anaesthetic cream keeps the session comfortable, and a repeat treatment after four weeks is recommended for best results.
About this treatment
Mesotherapy is a skin-quality treatment rather than a shaping one: instead of placing a bolus of filler to build volume, a hydrating cocktail is distributed evenly across the treatment area in dozens of superficial micro-deposits. The active solution used at Esthea Medical contains non-cross-linked hyaluronic acid together with vitamins, amino acids and minerals — components that support skin hydration, elasticity and overall radiance.
Two application methods
- Vital Injector (from 6,000 Kč / 2 ml): a mechanised injection system that places precisely metered micro-deposits at a uniform depth and spacing across the skin using a multi-needle head with vacuum assistance. The result is highly even product distribution, faster treatment, less bruising, and reproducible depth control — well suited to full-face, neck or décolletage treatment.
- Manual nano-needle application (from 4,500 Kč): the practitioner places each micro-injection by hand with an ultra-fine needle, allowing targeted work on specific zones such as the eye area or individual lines.

Dehydrated or dull skin, fine lines, mild laxity, pre-event skin glow, first-time injectable patients
Preparation required
Avoid alcohol and blood thinners for 24 hours before to limit bruising. Arrive with clean skin without makeup. Mild papules and redness are normal for up to a day — avoid makeup, sauna and intense exercise for 24 hours after.
