Esthea Medical offers mechanical lymphatic and connective-tissue stimulation with the LPG Cellu M6 — the patented French endermologie device used in health, beauty and sport applications for both body and face. Motorised rollers and controlled suction work deep in the subcutaneous tissue, reactivating fat-releasing activity in adipocytes and stimulating fibroblasts to renew collagen and elastin production. The clinic recommends it for cellulite, stubborn fat that resists diet and exercise, body and facial anti-ageing, slimming, detoxification, swelling, scar softening, and preparation and recovery around liposuction or other surgery. A course of at least ten sessions is recommended.
About this treatment
Endermologie is a patented, non-invasive method of mechanical cell stimulation (mécano-stimulation) developed by the French company LPG Systems. The Cellu M6 device uses a treatment head combining independent motorised rollers and rhythmic suction that lifts and mobilises the skin fold, exerting precisely controlled mechanical stress deep in the skin and subcutaneous tissue.
How it works
The mechanical stimulation triggers biological responses that diet and exercise alone often cannot reach: adipocytes (fat cells) are stimulated to resume lipolysis — releasing stored fat — while fibroblasts are re-activated to produce fresh collagen and elastin, firming the overlying skin. Simultaneously, the rolling action strongly boosts lymphatic drainage and local blood circulation, reducing fluid retention and supporting tissue detoxification.

Preparation required
