Esthea Medical offers calcium hydroxyapatite (CaHA) biostimulator injections using Radiesse and HArmonyCA — collagen-stimulating injectables that firm and tighten the skin of the face, neck, décolletage and hands. Unlike standard hyaluronic acid fillers, which primarily add volume, CaHA microspheres act as a scaffold that stimulates the skin's own fibroblasts to produce new collagen over the following months, producing a progressive lifting and firming effect with natural-looking results. The treatment is well suited to skin laxity, loss of facial contour definition, and crepey skin on the neck and hands.
About this treatment
Calcium hydroxyapatite is a biostimulatory injectable: microscopic CaHA spheres — chemically identical to the mineral component of bone and fully biocompatible — are suspended in a gel carrier and injected into the deep dermis. Preparation required
