BioRePeel Cl3 at Esthea Medical is an innovative, patented two-phase chemical peel that can be performed year-round — including the summer months, unlike traditional TCA peels. Applicable to the face, neck and décolletage, it combines a 35% TCA-based exfoliating phase with a biostimulating phase of amino acids and vitamins, delivering biorevitalisation, deep hydration, pore refinement, softening of pigmentation, acne treatment and scar smoothing with minimal visible peeling. A course of 3–6 applications spaced 14 days apart is recommended according to skin condition.

BioRePeel Cl3 (CMed Aesthetics, Italy) belongs to a new generation of 'no-peel peels' — biphasic formulations that achieve the skin-renewing benefits of a medium-depth chemical peel without the dramatic flaking, downtime and sun-sensitivity that made traditional peels a winter-only treatment.

The two-phase technology

The patented formulation combines a lipophilic phase, which temporarily occludes the skin surface and protects it while carrying actives inward, with a hydrophilic phase containing 35% trichloroacetic acid (TCA) buffered alongside lactobionic acid, salicylic acid, tartaric acid, citric acid, amino acids (glycine, proline, hydroxyproline, arginine), GABA and vitamins C and B2. Preparation required

Stop retinoids and exfoliating acids 3–5 days before treatment. Arrive without makeup. Avoid direct sun and use SPF 50 daily after treatment; no sauna, pool or intense exercise for 24–48 hours.
