Vascular laser treatment at Esthé Laser Clinic uses the Candela V-Beam Perfecta — the gold-standard 595 nm pulsed-dye laser for vascular skin conditions — to selectively destroy unwanted blood vessels, broken capillaries, and vascular lesions without damaging the surrounding skin. The 595 nm wavelength is absorbed almost exclusively by oxyhaemoglobin in the blood, causing the targeted vessel wall to collapse and absorb without leaving surface trauma. The built-in Dynamic Cooling Device (DCD) sprays a burst of cryogen onto the skin milliseconds before each laser pulse, protecting the epidermis and reducing discomfort. Conditions treated include facial telangiectasia (spider veins), rosacea flushing, port wine stains, haemangiomas, cherry angiomas, facial redness from broken capillaries, and leg spider veins. One of the few Czech clinics operating the full V-Beam Perfecta system under medical oversight.

The Candela V-Beam Perfecta is a 595 nm pulsed-dye laser — the wavelength specifically selected because it sits at the absorption peak of oxyhaemoglobin.
