All-Ceramic Veneers

Veneers are wafer-thin shells of dental ceramic, custom-made to cover the visible surface of a tooth. A small amount of enamel is usually prepared from the front of each tooth, a digital impression is captured with a 3D intraoral scanner, and the clinic's in-house laboratory crafts full-ceramic veneers to the agreed design; shade is matched carefully so the result looks natural. At a later visit the veneers are bonded to the teeth and the bite checked. Because all-ceramic veneers are metal-free, they are associated with a natural, light-reflecting appearance. The number of veneers, the exact design and the total cost are agreed during planning — the price list quotes a 'from' figure per tooth — and the longevity of the result depends on individual habits and good oral care.
