A dental examination is a routine check of the teeth, gums and bite to spot decay, gum problems or other issues early and to plan any treatment needed. Specialist consultations — prosthetic, surgical and periodontology — are available separately for patients who need focused assessment.

The dentist examines each tooth for decay, cracks or failing fillings, assesses the health of the gums and supporting tissues, checks the bite and looks at the soft tissues of the mouth. Where useful, imaging such as a panoramic or small X-ray helps reveal what cannot be seen directly. The aim is to catch problems early, when they are simpler and less costly to treat. At Centrum Estetique the examination is the practical starting point for new and returning patients. The clinic's policy is that a full assessment and treatment plan are presented after the examination — its price list deliberately gives 'from' figures because the right plan and exact cost can only be set once the mouth has been examined. For more specific needs the centre also offers dedicated specialist consultations: prosthetic (for crowns, bridges and dentures), surgical, periodontology (gum health), orthodontic and implantology, each with its own focus and fee.
